What are the requirements for using Online Check-in?

- The party checking-in must be no larger than nine (9) passengersOnly passengers on flights operated by Avianca can use Web Check-in
- The passenger checking-in must be an adult, not travelling with an infant or a child under 11 years old on international flights (minors must travel with an adult companion)
- You are not a passenger requiring special services (unaccompanied minors, disabled, medicines)
- You are not travelling with infants or minors under 11 years of age on international routes
- You are not transporting pets

Yes, if you are checking a bag, go to the special “Baggage drop off” counter at the Avianca desk at your airport of origin.
