Carry-on Baggage Allowance
Each passengers is permitted one 5kg (11lbs) carry-on bag with dimensions no greater than 56 x 45 x 25 cm (22 x 18 x 10"). An additional allowance of 7kg (15lb) within the one carry-on bag can be purchased for $38 online or $57 at check-in.
Checked Baggage Allowance
Passengers may purchase luggage allowance online up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. After that point luggage allowance can be booked by phone or when passengers check-in. Checked in bags can weigh up th 20kg (44lbs). For flights over 4 hours, luggage allowance can be purchased online for $67 per bag or at check-in for $86 per bag. For flights under 4 hours, luggage allowance can be purchased online for $38 per bag, or $67 at check-in.
Overweight bags up to 32kg are charged $18 per kg for the extra weight. Bags over 32kg (70lbs) are not permitted.
Sports Equipment
Passengers may purchase a sports equipent luggage allowance for $62 online or $76 at check-in for flights over 4hrs. For flights under 4 hours this allowance can be purchased for $44 online, or $63 at check-in.
