Overview

Jet Airways is operating the Boeing 777-300ER on long-haul flights. There are two versions of this aircraft: Version 1 with only 274 seats of Economy Class and Version 2 with 308 seats of Economy Class. This is Version 1 and it has a 3-3-3 configuration in the Economy Class.

This aircraft flies with 8 seats of First Class, 30 seats of Business Class, and 274 seats of Economy Class. All seats are equiped with Personal TVs and AC power ports. In the Economy Class, the AC power ports are shared between seats.

Seemed to be a neglected row. While the cabin was clean there was quite a lot of junk between the seat and the window. Also it was on the back row and right next to the toilet. Not a nice experience. I had booked row 50 but was moved upon check-in. Not happy with that at all as I really need the extra leg room. Legs cut into back of seat in front, just glad the person sitting there didn't take seat back. However this isn't the worst I've ever experienced so I'd still rate it "fair" rather than poor or average. I was just unlucky with my seat. Also one of the cabin crew said he'd try and move me after take off and never got back to me.

i would make this seat red. Just took the flight and it was way too noisy for all the reasons listed plus the flight crew seats are near as well. After they are done serving they sit their and chat. It was difficult to sleep.

Fantastic Seat and service. I was a bit hesitant as it was a Jet Airways configured plane, but the seat was the best business class I have had. Completely lie flat, quite long and wide. The entertainment was top notch, with a large LCD screen and food/service also excellent. Will definitely fly again.

Outdated cabin, stupid configuration, no communication with traveling companion possible, since herring bone will only allow you to stare at stranger! Instead of placing AVOD wall towards aisle it is on the other side obstructing window! Who ever thought of this configuration? It does not even save space!

This plane is the better option compared to the EY100 which flies with 3.4.3 configuration. Not only that it has wider seats and aisles, it also has a snack\drink bar in the middle of the Economy section where you can get snacks and soda\juice\water. This configuration also allows a lot more space for you to stretch out compared to EY100. The interior is a bit worn, the toilets tend to stink a bit after a few hours and sometimes you run out of options for meals. But compared to the comfort this configuration offers I am more than happy to put up with those issues. I am 5'10" and I can sit quite comfortably in 57A. It had a lot of legroom and hip room.

I am 192 cm tall and still had 20 cm from my knees to the seat in front of me. Best standard economyseat ever flown, however interior a bit worn.

Proximity of 30A and 30K to the exit door make the legroom slightly askew from straight. i.e. the exit door sticks out where your feet would naturally be. In addition, the magazine rack (for all three seats in row) is where your head would fall and therefore makes the seat seemed more cramped. Finally there is freezing cold air from the door making this seat uncomfortable, even with THREE blankets. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Best seat on Flight ! even better than row 30 which are the emergency exit seats as they have too much space and an oddly huge door with no headrest space. And additionally annoying toilets which tend to stink after a while on 9 hr flight. have experienced both the rows as i travel very often on this flight
